Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Extended Protection Plan, you agree to the following terms:

1. Coverage Period
This protection plan provides coverage for 12 months from the date of original product delivery.

2. What Is Covered
This plan covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Shipping Defects
  • Electrical or mechanical failure under normal use

3. What Is NOT Covered
This plan does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse

  • Water damage unless explicitly stated

  • Normal wear and tear


  • Gradual loss of performance over time

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, dents, or discoloration

  • Wear caused by repeated use (including reduced battery life, weakened materials, or loosened components)

  • Aging of materials due to regular usage



  • Lost or stolen items

4. Claim Window (VERY IMPORTANT)
All warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of discovering the issue and no later than 12 months from the delivery date.
Claims submitted outside this window will not be honored.

5. Claim Process
To file a claim, customers must:

  • Contact support at [your support email]

  • Provide order number

  • Provide photo or video evidence of the issue

Failure to provide required information may void coverage.

6. Resolution
Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion by:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Store credit equal to the product value

No cash refunds are provided under this plan.

7. Refund Policy for Warranty Plan
The Extended Protection Plan is a digital service and is non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

8. One Claim Limit
Each protection plan is limited to one approved claim per order.

9. Transferability
This protection plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
